Your data stays yours
fastWG exists to help people find a room in Switzerland — not to sell leads, scrape contacts for spam, or misuse portal logins. The founder built it after living through the Swiss housing bottleneck first-hand.

We do not share your information
We do not sell, rent, or hand your profile, preferences, application history, or portal sessions to third parties for advertising or lead generation. Data you provide is used to run fastWG for you: matching listings, drafting applications, and sending applications you enable.
Flatfox login — only for applying
Flatfox applications cannot be submitted automatically without an authenticated Flatfox session. That is why fastWG asks you to log in once (usually via a remote browser you control). The session is stored solely so we can apply on Flatfox on your behalf when you choose auto-apply or send an application.
We do not use your Flatfox login to message people unrelated to your housing search, scrape other users, or act outside applying to listings that match your settings. You can disconnect Flatfox or delete your account at any time in Settings.
No bad intentions
This product is meant to help — nothing more. Swiss room hunting is exhausting: portals move fast, replies are impersonal, and good rooms vanish in hours. fastWG automates the repetitive parts so you can focus on viewing and deciding. If something feels unclear, disconnect Flatfox, turn off auto-apply, or delete your account; those controls are yours.
What we store (plain language)
- Account email and profile details you enter
- Search preferences and match scores
- Application drafts and send history inside fastWG
- Flatfox session data needed to apply (when you connect Flatfox)
- Billing status if you purchase premium
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, matches, application history in fastWG, and Flatfox connection. Messages already sent on portals cannot be unsent.
